Pook Insurance has been providing home insurance coverage for over 60 years with a staff of expert home insurance brokers.
We primarily underwrite with Intact Insurance and Aviva Insurance for our home insurance clients. These are two of the largest insurance companies in Canada with great claims records and customer service.

Condo/ Apartment Insurance
If you are looking for coverage for your new condo, we can help. We primarily underwrite with Intact Insurance and Aviva Insurance for our condominium insurance clients.
We also provide contents insurance for apartment owners and renters.

No, we do not require an appointment. We typically help our clients on a first-come first-serve basis for all walk-in customers. We work fast so line ups are never long.
You can now use ICBC's online renewal tool to renew your insurance from home. Alternatively, to renew or change your ICBC insurance remotely with our agents, please fill out the form under the menu tab titled 'ICBC Online'. The next available agent will then call you to review your insurance coverage request and settle any applicable payment before we send you your new documents.
Yes! We welcome new clients at all of our office locations. We operate on a walk-in system so no appointments are necessary. Simply stop in at the most convenient time & office location for you and we'll get your insurance policy completed.
